Join Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.

We are calling all military veterans, first responders, and kick-ass civilians ready to help people on their worst day.

There are no ranks in Team Rubicon — just a common mission and a spirit of service.

We provide key services to help protect life and structures. We tarp roofs. Board windows. Muck and gut flooded homes. Survey affected sites. Clear routes and remove debris. We knock out daunting jobs that are impossible to achieve alone.

If you have specialized skills, like operating heavy equipment, we’ll put them to work. If you want to build your skillset, we’ll teach you!

Team Rubicon provides year-round, online and in-person trainings and engagements to support communities and improve service deliveries. From Sawyer (Chainsaw Operator) classes to Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, we'll ensure you feel ready and skilled up to help communities in need.
